The car is a Fibreglass replica of a Chevrolet Lumina
it is fitted with a Pratt & Whitney JFTD12A (J60)
gas turbine engine.
The engine was originally from a Sikorsky Sky crane Helicopter,
fitted with a custom afterburner giving a total of over
5000 pounds of thrust.
